Position: HR Executives

As a HR Executive, you will be responsible on support and guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.

The role involves handling various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution. Foster a positive working environment and address employee relations issues proactively.
  3. Performance Management:Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Coordinate performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  4. HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
  5. Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs. Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
  6. Compliance:Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
