As a Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end process of product development, from concept to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with design teams to understand market trends, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely production and delivery of high-quality apparel.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with design teams to interpret and implement trends into product lines.
2. Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and prevent shortages.
3. Negotiate and communicate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
4. Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays.

6. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring product quality meets company standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Apparel Merchandiser or similar role in the fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
