Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to provide insights into the company's financial health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actionable strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and enhance competitiveness.
• Evaluate and improve existing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (ACCA, CIMA or CA)
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial / business analysis and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
