Position : Customer Care / Front Office Executive

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our clients team as Customer Care/Front Office Executive.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for their customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer queries.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
