ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for the functional correctness of the client's product and solutions.
• Be responsible for the non-functional correctness of the client's product and solutions.
• Architect and evaluate test frameworks and tools.
• Architect the test strategy.
• Design, implement and maintain full automation in SDET department.
• Follow industry standard SDET practices.
• Mentor and lead the team technically and managerially.
• Identify training requirements and plan trainings for the team.
• Follow Agile process.
• On-time delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field/ BSc equivalent qualification with 10+ years experience.
• 8+ years experience in Software Engineering/ SDET.
• Sound knowledge in best SDET practices.
• Well experienced in high performance distributed systems.
• Well experienced in industry standard automation frameworks.
• Experience in development of new automation frameworks to cater specific needs.
• Experience in performance test planning, testing and associated tools.
• Experience in Resiliency/ Fault Tolerance test planning, testing and associated tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
