Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing, with a focus on meeting customer delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution efforts to minimize delays and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies as they arise.
• Assisted in the development and execution of inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels.

Profile

• Dynamic and energetic personality with a "go-getter attitude" and ready to deliver results on stretched challenges and targets.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience in stores/warehouse or logistics operations.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) / Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) / Certified Logistics Professional (CLP).
• Warehouse Management Certification.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala languages and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong analytical skills.
• Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Excel, including ERP Systems.
