Job Description:

Business Process Expert - SAP Commerce Cloud ( Hybris) Functional - End user or Administrator

Summary - The incumbent should be somebody who has been in the buying role and has been using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) as a tool for their purchases. Ideally from the Travel and Hospitality industry ( Cruise line Industry preferred) but would consider any other service industry that involves buying of services. The resource should be familiar with the concept of online buying and the process around it.

Someone who has been in the admin role managing the below tasks for the Business can also be a possible candidates.

Must Have:

• 2 to 4 years of experience using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)

• Knowledge of Product Cockpit, PIM ( Product Information management) in the back office

• Should be aware about PDP ( Product Details Page) and PLP ( Product List pages) and what data goes in there and its usage

• Should have worked on cart to checkout process and understand the nuances of pricing

• Should have used ASM ( Assisted Service Module) and exposed to the usage of the tool

• Should be able to navigate in the back office to track Order , Product details , Pricing and so on

• Should understand the concept of Navigation menu, bread-crumbs and so on

Location: Work from home, if asked need to work from office. ONLY Pune location Candidates accepted
