Marketing Personnel

We are looking for a proven Marketing Personnel with a passion for creating impactful campaigns to help with our marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the planning, development and execution of our marketing plans to reach our prospective customers and also to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth objectives. As a Marketing specialist, you should be a able to come up with ideas that would increase our brand awareness. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct market research to find out about our customer requirements

•Create Brochures, Case Studies, White Papers, Blogs etc

•Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

•Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities

•Collaborate with other team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

•Plan and execute initiatives to reach our target audience through channels like web, social media, e-mail etc

•Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

•Organize Webinars or Online Presentation.

Requirement:

•Any Certificate in Marketing.

•Proven experience (of at least 1 year) in Marketing roles with a track record of successful campaign management systems.

•Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

•Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

If you are;

FRIENDLY, a fast learner, a very creative person, a successful multi-tasker, able to design most of the basic marketing materials on your own, fluent in writing and speaking English language and can speak twi, comfortable communicating and advertising on common social media platforms, hungry to learn and grow, able to lead members in a team successfully, able to work from anywhere, honest (everybody in the team is honest, you can't afford to be the odd one out), able to assist other team members with other tasks to contribute to the success of the company, able to go out of your way to protect the company, and a certificate holder of any marketing course, both online and in-person (DON'T WORRY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BACHELORS DEGREE -We don't care!), WE WANT YOU!

Tools you must be fluent at using;

Any design tool (e.g Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop)

Spreadsheet or any data management and manipulative tool

Tools you should be able to use or learn to use quickly;

Trello

Any survey too

Microsoft office 365.
