We are the growth-oriented agile team behind FreeConvert.com & PhotoJoiner, which are being used by millions of visitors every month to process files and create photo stories. We are now looking for a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing department from the ground up.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: 100K to 300K LKR (USD-pegged)

Job Nature: Full-time / Remote

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of working experience in mobile app marketing.
  • Experience building cross-channel campaigns to drive user engagement from the ground up.
  • Experience with leading a marketing team.
  • A deep understanding and knowledge of ASO, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Paywall Optimization, ROAS optimization through targeting, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Experience with mobile app marketing tools (AppsFlyer, GA4, Looker Studio, Apptweak…etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you’ll do

  • As our first Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a pioneer in shaping our marketing strategies, building our marketing team, and driving the growth of our mobile apps.
  • Responsible for driving user growth and engagement for our mobile apps and SaaS products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and designers to develop new engagement channels and improve existing channels.
  • Leverage A/B platforms and other best practices to create and test growth-focused hypotheses.
  • As the marketing leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of launching go-to-market campaigns and products, starting from ideation and experimentation all the way to scaling, measuring, and iterating.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on key growth opportunities.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative user insights to inform the growth roadmap and develop forecasts of key metrics.
  • Ability to analyze performance, provide insights, and proactively suggest campaign improvements to improve performance and customer lifetime value.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimize app store listings for increased visibility and downloads.
