Digital Talent MENA is hiring for one of our clients the role of Business Development Manager in Latin America.
Our Client is a leading Venture and one of the top digital entertainment and communication service providers in the EMEA region.
About the role:
This role will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company's affiliate and should also be comfortable living abroad and be a competent public speaker who has a good networking ability and be able to work without supervision and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance.
- Selling CPaaS and SaaS products.
- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Generating leads from private and public sector
- Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
- Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
Requirements:
- Well aware about the market, competition and OTT requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree).
- Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.
- A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Good people-management skills.
- Experience living abroad is advantageous.
- Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
