Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be working for our US-based client and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with company rules and regulations among the staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the admin team members to streamline processes and enhance overall HR efficiency. Work closely with various departments to address HR-related inquiries and support employee needs.
  2. Attention to Detail:Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established policies.
  3. Problem-Solving:Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly, maintaining a positive work environment. Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements for continuous enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have VA experience at least 6 months.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using apps or tools (e.g., Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail and Drive), Quickbooks TSheets, and other email apps).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve issues.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or device during scheduled hours.
  • Availability for part-time work, requiring approximately 2 hours per weekday (Monday to Friday), Atlanta, Georgia timezone (12 hours behind Philippine time).
