We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives. Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for IT/Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of the concept analysis approach, stakeholder management and requirements management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues and ensure alignment between business and the project team
  • Manage the escalation process for software application issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Perform initial product triage of incidents, analysing them to understand the issue, scope, and impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to add information and use processes that allow for efficient incident management.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and solutions. Implementation of strategies to improve product performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Conduct regular product performance reviews and propose enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferably in Information Systems.
  • 1+ year experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Qualification in Accounting will be an additional qualification.
  • Experience in financial services added value.
  • Fair exposure in regular customer interaction.
  • Excellent command of English, good presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective written communication skills, with proper email etiquettes.
  • The ability to work independently and take responsibility for the projects assigned.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
