Digital Talent MENA is hiring for one of our clients the role of AI Ops Engineer

Our Client is one of the largest and most prominent telecommunications operators in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive BRD document for any upcoming automated use case within the cloud department.
• Perform business analysis for logged automated use case in backlog.
• Create automation job case in Jira solution
• Create a process in coordination with governance, requester team.
• Build & Test IaC template Ansible, Terraform, Powershell, Shell Script
• Integrate IaC with the current CICD pipeline for the Multi-Cloud eco-system
• Integration IaC template with ServiceNow orchestration and export it to the service portal.
• Perform acceptance with governance and requester to certify automated use case
• Use AI and big data to aggregate observational data (from monitoring systems output, job logs, syslogs, etc.) and engagement data (from ticketing, incident, and event recording system data) to produce a virtuous circle of continuous insights yielding continuous improvements and fixes.

The Ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience (Terraform, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Azure, Linux, Windows, ML)
