Digital Talent Mena is hiring for one of the leading clients in water solutions an IT Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's technology infrastructure, systems, and applications, with a particular focus on Axapta.

Responsibilities:

• Axapta System Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Axapta, including system administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the Axapta system.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and security systems. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the reliability and scalability of the infrastructure.
• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to Axapta, such as system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements. Define project scope, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users, including troubleshooting system issues, answering queries, and conducting training HR department sessions.
• Create user documentation and manuals to facilitate user adoption and self-service.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to safeguard company information assets.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to evaluate, select, and implement Axapta-related solutions. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Budgeting and Resource Planning: Develop and manage the IT department's budget,including hardware and software procurement, maintenance contracts, and project expenditures. Conduct regular assessments of IT needs and recommend appropriate resource allocation.
• Stay Current with Technology Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in the Axapta/AX Dynamics space. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to enhance the company's IT capabilities.

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field(Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a focus on Axapta/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Axapta/Dynamics 365 system administration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Dynamics certifications, are highly desirable.
