Position Overview:

As an SEO Specialist at Starlia Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies that increase the online presence and organic search ranking of our clients' websites. You will work closely with our content, web development, and digital marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital content and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough SEO audits for client websites, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable strategies to enhance search engine rankings and user experience.

• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and trends in search behavior.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).

• Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website architecture.

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing reports and insights to internal teams and clients.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing strategies to ensure our SEO efforts are cutting-edge.

• Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword-specific.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.

• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research tools.

• Experience with website optimization tools and a good understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
