KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Handle performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems for effective data management and reporting.
  • Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Create a compensation and benefits strategy for employees based on market trends.
  • Develop and update HR policies in accordance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to assess and improve HR processes and policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to the team to improve overall HR efficiency.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • A minimum experience of 4 years in HR related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and decision making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite and HR tools.
  • Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
