We are currently hiring for a Data Entry Customer Service. You need to collect a customer’s name, address, phone number, or other information to verify her identity or account. You may also collect information to set up information about a new customer and provide her with pricing, product, shipment, and distribution information.
Responsibilities:
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items or other information
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
Creating accurate spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word٫ Excel and so on.
Good knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Fast typing skills with close attention to detail.
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
