Ensure each candidate has a great recruiting experience.
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and email communications with candidates.
Monitor candidate progression in Applicant Tracking System and move candidates along in timely manner.
Create job descriptions and post jobs through the Application Tracking System.
Contribute to talent outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter.
Support projects related to recruitment, learning & development, onboarding, and/or survey design and analysis (project assignment depends on what is happening on the roadmap)
Support recruiting team members as needed.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
