Position Summary

1. Business Development Support Role

• Prepare investment presentations and transaction executive summary.
• Perform initial transaction research and analysis.
• Perform due diligence.

2. Financial Analysis Role

• Research and analyze transaction data.
• Compile data to develop financial models (cost/benefit analysis, cash flow projections, debt
• structure, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, comparable analysis, valuations, etc.).
• Produce presentation materials (Investment Committee Presentations, Information
• Memorandums, etc.).
• Make recommendations on optimal investment structure based on financial models.

3. Industry Analysis Role

• Research and analyze industry and economic trends.
• Produce quarterly reports summarizing findings, current key indicators, and news updates.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High proficiency in working in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and detail oriented
• Excellent problem solving skills, analytic ability, and strong work ethics
• Be a team player, must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Have very strong quantitative, technical, data management and research skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in E-commerce, Web Design or Networking
• Industry relationship experience will be an advantage

Work Conditions

Work is generally performed in an office environment. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily. Working hours may vary and occasional evening or weekend work is required.

What is after the Internship?

An allowance will be paid to the intern during the internship period. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full time employment with the company.
