Manage monthly/quarterly/annual settlement periods to ensure the integrity of all financial, statutory and group accounting and reporting, while ensuring compliance with accounting principles/standards and related regulations.

Manage short-term and long-term operational goals and tactical goals. Implement processes that are clearly aligned with the business strategy.

Play a leading role in promoting the transformation of FSSC to promote excellence.

Actively promote the sharing of new ideas and best practices in all fields.

Take the lead in enhancing the strength of financial talents within the organization; recruit and train individuals to promote active succession planning at all levels.

Manage, direct and guide FSSC employees as appropriate.

In close consultation with the responsible managers of each department, control the operation plan by setting priorities and content

Assist internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests.
