PLM has solutions in all aspects of hospitality; from sourcing products globally and locally to match the taste of clients in the hospitality industry covering Food & Beverage, Bed and Bath and other operational supplies and solutions.

We currently have an opening for a Head of Sales focusing on the hospitality industry with the following attributes:

• Should have the passion to drive this company expansion, with a positive attitude.

• Spearheading the Sales & Marketing aspects including the B2B business.

• Be a trusted, honest adhering to the company vision and mission.

• A critical thinker having the ability to use varied IT applications to enhance and upscale work strategies. •Be up-to-date with market dynamics, trends and changing customer needs & proactively shape the strategy to optimize market share, profitability & business growth.

• Capable of leading a team by understanding the core sales competencies of each of them and be able to produce a dynamic result oriented team even under varying degrees of pressure and market conditions.

The candidates should have a proven track record with minimum 5 years of related managerial experience in the Sales related activities which preferences given the with specific experience in hospitality and design along with the appropriate academic and professional qualifications and have an In-depth understanding of local and global business environments and cultures with the ability to display strong leadership competencies.
