Be the life of a brand! From conceptualization, creating new styles till the product launch. The Fashion Designer role will be responsible for the end to end product design system of the brand.

Duties include;

• Managing the end to end design requirement of the brand.
• Studying international trends with an insight of the Sri Lankan market
• Design clothing based on the market requirements, past data and future trends.
• Prepare technical details  for the designs
• Assist in sample development of planned designs
• To work with the Technical Manager to ensure the detail/design is executed accordingly
• Assist marketing team in content creation and creatives for assigned brand

Qualification & Experiences

Below the age of 32 years should possess a degree in a local/international university or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.

Characteristics & Skills

• To be able to understand the brief given for developments for the particular season/collection
• Strong understanding about different fabric types, its behavior and fair knowledge of Pattern, Drape and Garment Construction
• Familiar with Designing software i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills
• Taking ownership and an initiator at the workplace to look for possibilities of improvement by innovation and research of the product and its implementations.
