Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who is ready to work in a challenging working environment and able to Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. Manage relationships at stores, distribution centers & office. Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays. Maintaining and tracking inventory. Managing levels and distribution of stock Liaising between customer and company. Report by observing display and pricing of competitors’ products Clearing any unwanted products from displays and monitoring the sales performances of products.

Skills & Experience

• GCE A/L and or Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field

• 2 years of experience in retail merchandising preferred

• Strong organizational and decisionmaking skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal mainly in English and Sinhala

• Experience with the latest merchandising trends and best practices

• very good knowledge of Microsoft office package

• Team player
