Key Requirements

• Generic BA Skillset.

• Overall Experience 3-4 years.

• BA would be working with multiple teams to understand technical gaps, then documenting requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to identify, document and maintain requirements.

• Define, estimate and manage the requirements effort including timeline.

• Conduct peer reviews of requirements documents.

• Lead requirements session with multiple stakeholders, across multiple line of business, and remote team members.

• Identify, manage and groom user stories. Conduct and participate in backlog grooming Create and manage acceptance criteria.

• Acts as day-to-day liaison between Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts SMEs and Technical teams.

• Support development and QA teams throughout the development life cycle.

• Drive the creation of user acceptance test cases, test plan and manage User Acceptance Test execution and approval.

• Work with development team to identify solutions for business problems.

• Support product release Develop Training Material and Conduct training.

• Conduct sprint demos and patriciate in sprint planning meetings.

• Support QA team with testing of the applications as needed.

• Support resolution of production issues
