Key Responsibilities
- Consulting the sales team in generating leads and qualifying prospects by analyzing the prospects pain area and the requirements to provide the solution offering.
- Conduct demonstration to prospects and existing clients on enterprise content management products and services to seize the opportunities.
- Engage and consult the sales team to gather requirements to develop the solution mapping along with the proposal creation activities.
- Continuously improving knowledge on the products and technologies to provide solution offerings and share the knowledge to upskill the respective internal and external team members.
- Maintaining strong and healthy interpersonal relationships with the external and internal stakeholders while maintaining upselling in the existing clients with the sales team.
- Acquiring knowledge and product related certification through recommended vendors in timely manner to support the team and presales activities involved in the process.
- Coordinate with global cross functional teams on activities related to the presales processes.
- Increasing process quality related to presales activities while providing suggestions to improve.
- Monitoring the status on processed presales proposal status.
- Monitor and develop strategies to identify and win new opportunities
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Management/IT or Equivalent.
- 03+ Years of experience in presales activities and knowledge in Document Management Solutions, Enterprise Content Management and Content Services Platforms
- MSc/ MBA in a specialized business field is a plus.
- Exposure to complete project implementation cycle- ERPs, Custom Integration Solutions, Software Development would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competence to scrutinize and identify the pain areas of customers processes to provide consultancy to mitigate the same.
- Exposure to Solution demonstrations and excellent client relationship handling.
- Experience in documentation such as Solution Proposals, Tender submissions etc.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with cross functional teams.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Exposure to the foreign markets in terms of presales activities and project activities in ERP, ECM & Content Service Platforms.
- Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
