Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
Monitor prices and new product launches regularly
Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales
Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters
Attend to customer complaints on products and services
Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
Follow-up on outstanding dues of customers, provide information on outstanding dues and coordinate with the finance department
Qualifications:
- Diploma / postgraduate or degree in sales management
Experience:
2 to 3 years’ experience in similar position
Preferably from software / IT industry
