Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target

  • Monitor prices and new product launches regularly

  • Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales

  • Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers

  • Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters

  • Attend to customer complaints on products and services

  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns

  • Follow-up on outstanding dues of customers, provide information on outstanding dues and coordinate with the finance department

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / postgraduate or degree in sales management

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar position

  • Preferably from software / IT industry
