Key Responsibilities
Set user experience objectives for new products and services in line with the business goals.
Collaborate with internal / external teams to finalize the scope of the project to ensure alignment to the user experience objectives
Conducting detailed competitor review to identify takeaways and avoid pitfalls in competitor designs.
Design the information architecture and navigation in order to support the best user experience.
Adopt UXD best in class practices in persona creation, information architecture, customer journey mapping, user flow creation and be up to date on related new methods/tools in the industry.
Design concept creation, aligning to user flows, sketching, wire framing, and creating clickable prototypes in order to communicate the design with the stakeholder.
Execute visual design consistent with design and brand standards, user research and analytical insight to ensure the designed products are in line with the UX standard.
Adopt UXD best in class practices in prototyping, interaction design, visual design and be up to date on the related trends in the industry.
Perform user experience reviews of products and services using heuristic evaluation and usability check lists in order to identify usability issues.
Review designs of team members in a timely manner to ensure the design meets required usability and visual standards.
Adopt UXD best in class practices in heuristic evaluation, design reviews and be up to date on new methods/tools and analysis in the industry
Conduct usability testing of products and services with staff proxies/external users and analyze results to identify usability issues
Adopt UXD best in class practices in usability testing and be up to date on new methods/tools and analysis in the industry
Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify client goals, vision, mission, priorities, KPIs and brand values
Identify key user characteristics and behaviors from user research in order to design the user journey for products and services
Through research, identify barriers to adoption related to specific products and services in order to create a design to overcome them.
Identify strategic projects to improve team deliverables which would relate to the improvement of user experience of the Dialog products.
Develop a design system through creation of visual design assets for a framework-agnostic UI pattern library for both mobile and web.
Provide necessary estimation and resource allocation for projects.
- Support the internal UX Drive awareness campaign through info graphics/video and UX sessions in order to establish the UX culture within Dialog
Key Requirements
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
Should have strong understanding of UX best practices, deep knowledge of full user experience design process
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related area
