KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Providing data analysis and report requirements by the business for decision making.

§ Identify data requirements and deliver on stakeholder analytics requirements including predictive analytics.

§ Understand the business operations and identify process improvements using analytics to ensure higher efficiency, productivity and better business decision making.

§ Design and prepare data base structures and models which can be simply interpreted for stakeholder understanding.

§ Assist with capturing data and data storage frameworks to ensure accurate data analytics using advanced statistical technique and concepts including regression, properties of distribution, statistical tests and proper usage.

QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA REQUIRED

§ Dynamic & energetic personality with ‘go-getter attitude’ & ready to deliver results on stretched challenges and targets

§ Minimum of University Degree or Diploma in Statistics, Business Management.

§ Proven experience in Power BI and computer languages including R, Python, SLQ and similar analytical tools and data visualization.

§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business/ Data Analytics with hands on proven record at Assistant or Executive category will be a mandatory pre-requisite.

§ Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

§ Proficiency English & Sinhala languages and ability to work with cross functional teams.
