You will;
- Take ownership of the customer issues and get it resolved
- Escalate the unresolved issues to appropriate internal team
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Provide product training to the customers
You are;
- Advance Level Completion (BSc in Information Technology or Business Management will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 1-year experience as customer support executive in an IT environment
- Experienced in working with North American clients will be an advantage
- Good English language speaking and writing skills
- Ready to work on night shift
