Key Requirements-

  • 4 year college education in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years in a Technical Customer Support related role
  • Client requirement gathering, prioritization and scoping experience and understanding of support level aligning to ITIL framework.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and developing new solutions that solve the root cause of customer problems in tickets elevated from client L1 support team.
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Strong oral communication skills in English and good presentation teaching skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to apply these skills cooperatively in a collaborative team environment

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with Java, C, Python, cURL scripting for purposes of automation etc.
  • Experience in Software development and Infrastructure development is and added advantage.
  • Understanding of CI CD pipeline
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Security knowledge a plus
