Key Requirements-
- 4 year college education in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years in a Technical Customer Support related role
- Client requirement gathering, prioritization and scoping experience and understanding of support level aligning to ITIL framework.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and developing new solutions that solve the root cause of customer problems in tickets elevated from client L1 support team.
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong oral communication skills in English and good presentation teaching skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to apply these skills cooperatively in a collaborative team environment
Additional Requirements
- Experience with Java, C, Python, cURL scripting for purposes of automation etc.
- Experience in Software development and Infrastructure development is and added advantage.
- Understanding of CI CD pipeline
- Experience using JIRA
- Security knowledge a plus
