Design the business strategy and set goals for growth through potential clients.
Planning and developing new initiatives to develop sales.
Preparing annual budget plans, scheduling & forecasting annual expenditures.
Build trade relationships and enhance business through PR.
Prepare business plans and share reports with senior management.
Provide solutions to customer requirements & provide solutions to issues pertaining to all business aspects.
Negotiate sales and trade agreements (TOT) with key decision makers of strategic business partners.
Proactively identify changes, in market dynamics and build deliverables.
Develop and modify competitive strategies and tactics to suite the business accordingly.**

Requirements**
A minimum of 04-05 years’ experience in sales in a similar capacity
A proven record of sales performance
An above average skill in communicatioans with all levels of the business
Excellent negotiating skills with different levels of the business
Ability to plan, forecast and develop sales plans.
Working knowledge of the HORECA sector
Ability to conceptualize new business channels and execute same.
A sound understanding of trade, trade agreements and market dynamics.
