Key Requirements-

•  Responsible to Architectural Analyze, Design, Plan, and Deliver cloud, IOT, and security services for Enterprise customers, analyzing customer requirements in cloud, IOT & Security services, consulting customers for necessary improvement and design architecture so that customer expectation are met with SLAs
• Require to managing the Cloud, IOT & Security services development projects to ensure the business/management directions are implemented to compete with the market and ensure the operations are meeting the ISMS operational procedures
•  Responsible to handling research and development of new technologies, services to design IOT services for customer expectation
• Require to Managing SaaS related projects including architecting designs; RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and project manage the technical aspect of IOT
•  Ensure to design interconnecting to transport network elements, disaster recovery solutions, other operator interconnections and lead company in discussions with 3rd party operators
•  Lead the team to design, deliver, and support and service solutions for cloud, IOT & SaaS Service customers in line with industry best practice
• Responsible to handling the technical aspects of new product development tasks including interactions with business/product teams and responsible for market study of new services.
•  Require to managing teams in achieving SLA as agreed with the business team and handling the support function of cloud services to ensure the required SLA are achieved.The Person
•  Should Possess a degree in Engineering (Hons)
•  ITIL or any IT operations management certification and Network, virtualization, storage related professionalcertifications like: CCNA, CCNP, VCP, etc would be an added advantage
•  Require to having in depth knowledge on Open Stack/ Linux Systems
•  Telecom/IT/IDC Engineering background to operate systems
•  Excellence skills in network, computing and Storage domain
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in Systems/Cloud Services/ Relevant operations and planning would be an added advantage
