WACEO is looking to hire a competent Social Media Manager for the long term for one of our DAOs, to manage its numerous awareness and marketing campaigns across communities and social media platforms.

Before you move further, we need you to answer the following:

How you will help the DAO:

• Conceptualize and develop intuitive and contagious content strategies.
• Manage awareness and marketing campaigns on social platforms
• Present your views on the optimum content mix in terms of formats, type, and other critical aspects.
• Be responsible for optimum distribution of created content.
• Create and execute the content calendar
• Create posts for social media based on the resources, research and insights provided.
• Be responsible for the steady increase of followers and engagement on LinkedIn/Twitter/Discord and other social media platforms.
• Community management, engagement, and moderation
• Initiate, encourage and promote meaningful interaction and involvement through various community programs.
• Brainstorm, coordinate, and collaborate with other team members.
• We would appreciate you having the basic design skills.
