Job Description

We are looking for an energetic candidates who are tech-savvy and highly-proficient with various social media, digital and online platforms such as MailChimp, Octane AI, Buffer, Facebook Ads, etc. Someone aggressive in creating a growth strategy for the next 3-5 years, through the use of innovative social media content and consumer engagement coinciding with the best product on the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
  • Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
  • Collects customer data and analyzes interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
  • Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
  • Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
  • Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
  • Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing courses is preferred.
  • Has strong English written and communication skills.
  • Can effectively write copies for different type of audiences (end users, employees, management team, etc.).
  • At least two years experience in roles related to Customer Service, Internal/External Communications, Digital Marketing.
  • Has Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Has an analytical mindset, and can apply data storytelling to social media brand and listening reports.
  • Adept in research using online and traditional media sources.
  • Familiar with different types of social media - their core audiences, uses, brand tone.
  • Skills in producing multimedia content (video, graphics, etc.) is a big plus.
