Key Responsibilities-
Lead a young and dynamic brand team to produce world class events, promotional campaigns and marketing communications.
Be up to date on the latest marketing communications
Be up to date on the latest marketing trends across traditional, digital and emerging channels.
Understand client requirements and brand guidelines to create immersive consumer experiences.
Create and implement exciting marketing plans based on brand personalities.
Lead brainstorming meetings and create sessions.
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure consistency across all communications.
Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy and presentations.
Understanding of how creative roles complement other departments, such as sales and finance.
Key Requirements-
MBA or CIM qualified.
Operational knowledge of industry standard creative software packages
Fluency in verbal and writing English.
Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing model.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
5 years in a senior creative or FMCG Brand marketing role.
Knowledge on previous experience working with multimedia, print industries, advertising agencies and creative talents.
