Requirements

● A Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar discipline and minimum 10+ years of experience in the areas of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing

● End to end working experience in Business Intelligence projects, hands on experience in managing requirement gathering, data mapping, design, development, testing and deployment

● 5+ years of proven experience in Pentaho BI platform and Pentaho Report Designer

● Hands on experience in designing using Pentaho Report Designer

● Experience in Core Java or JavaScript to build operation reports and publish in PDF, Excel, HTML, CSV etc.

● High proficiency in SQL

● Experience in using PRD client to build operation reports and publish in PDF, Excel, HTML, CSV etc.

● Experience in creating real time reports, should have exp. in pulling data from APIs and fed to Pentaho reports

● Experience in dashboard designing

● Should be able to develop reports in Pentaho BI platform Design, Develop and Deploy Reports into servers

● Experience with Vertica DB, Mongo DB, SQL Server

Good To Have:

• Experience on Pentaho CDE, Mondrian and CDF tools
• Experience with collaboratively working with global teams, Designing and Code review
• Understanding on AWS services, EC2, and related cloud aspects
• Experience with Mentoring new developers and lead a team of 4 to 5 developers

Responsibilities

• Architecture and designing using Pentaho Report Designer
• Provide technical oversight to the development team in order for them to complete development task successfully
• Working in Agile software development methodology
• Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies during solution design
• Providing Daily status on tasks, progress or concerns during scrum meetings
