Job Responsibilities

• Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
• Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behavior of our target audience.
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in brand content and provice recommendations for improvement.
• Write, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, campaigns, email campaigns and more.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that generates results.
• Propose concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders.

Experience and Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
• Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences.
• Experience doing research using multiple credible sources.
• Skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms.
• Ability write in Sinhala or Tamil & Transaltion ability is a bonus!
