Designation: Senior Support Engineer
Location: Colombo
Requirements
- 5-9 years of prior experience on L2 / L3 Production support team
- Management and leadership skills
- Should be able to initiate an incident management call and drive the call with stakeholders from different departments etc. to the resolution
- Hands on experience and strong knowledge on Application Monitoring systems Splunk, App Dynamics is a must.
- Also being able to write queries, add checks, remove checks, configure notifications etc.
- Well versed with Jira
- Analytical skills Should be able to analyze the issue by connecting all the dots in ordering buyflow.
- Knowledge on reporting applications like Tableau, Siteimprove is an advantage
- Knowledge or experience on Telecom billing applications like ICOMS CSG, etc. is a plus
- Experience on using AEM backend development. Even if they are good with frontend development using CSS, HTML, Java Scripts etc. we can see the opportunities to train them in AEM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Telecom domain knowledge is a must
- Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts and provide extended support as required or on call support.
