Leading IT Organization looking for dynamic individuals to join as Application Support Specialist.
Designation: Application Support Specialist
Location: Colombo
Key Requirements
- Deliver outstanding technical support for our software to our customers and business partners over the phone and through email.
- Troubleshoot questions and engage in problem resolution for our software, build your technical knowledge, and maximize client satisfaction.
- Make Suggestions. Obtain client feedback and provide input to improve client satisfaction.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at the same time
Requirements
- Must be willing to work on alternative shifts* (2 weeks day shift and 2 weeks night shift per month)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar capacity.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to think strategically and have analytical and proactive problem solving skills
