Leading IT Organization looking for dynamic individuals to join as Application Support Specialist.

Designation: Application Support Specialist

Location: Colombo

Key Requirements

  • Deliver outstanding technical support for our software to our customers and business partners over the phone and through email.
  • Troubleshoot questions and engage in problem resolution for our software, build your technical knowledge, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Make Suggestions. Obtain client feedback and provide input to improve client satisfaction.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at the same time

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work on alternative shifts* (2 weeks day shift and 2 weeks night shift per month)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar capacity.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to think strategically and have analytical and proactive problem solving skills
