Designation: Functional Consultant

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 Years of active Experience with MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics Business Central or MS Dynamics F&O (as consultant/Analyst).
• Experience is migrating MS Dynamics NAV to MS Dynamics Business Central (Cloud I On prem).
• Commercial Skills in understanding Company Process and Workflows and how it relates to ERP Functional requirements
• Provide impact assessments that explain the implications of reported issues so management can make informed decisions.
• Provide functional explanations and/or works around for escalated support incidents.
• Translate business requests into functional specification documents in the context of project-level deliverables and ongoing maintenance release activity including focused handling of critical incidents and escalation management.
• Proficientin AS-IS, TO-BE, gap analysis of system process flows.
• Conduct end user training and presenting Proof of Concepts.

Business Central

• I Microsoft Dynamics F&O related developments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent
• Microsoft Certifications related to MS Dynamics Business Central will be an added advantage (MB - 200, MB - 210, MB - 220, MB - 230, MB - 240, PL - 200)
