Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage the overall operations of newly acquired café brands.
• Capable in developing separate Café Business plan to increase guest traffic, increase APC, enhance GP margins, identifying and evaluating competitors, plan for in-store.
• Marketing activities, maintain product quality and operation standards, with ability to motivate staff to achieve organizational KPI’s.
• Meets outlet financial objectives by crafting strategic and annual forecasts and budgets; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the cafe industry; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

• Secondary Education Qualification/Relevant degree from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in handling operations in Cafes or Restaurants.
• Sound Finance back ground relevant to Hospitality or Restaurants Industry.
• Qualified CIMA/CA or degree in finance or accounting added advantage.
• MBA or MSC in Hospitality Management or Business Management will be an added advantage.
• Age between 30 to 40.
• Having a Marketing related experience and qualifications will be an added advantage.
