Responsibilities:

• Lead, strategize, and oversee the successful execution of multiple complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Define project scope, objectives, and key success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, incorporating task allocation, resource optimization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to address potential roadblocks.
• Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project performance, ensuring continuous testing, evaluation, and process improvements.
• Manage scope changes, ensuring proper impact analysis and stakeholder alignment to maintain project integrity and business value.
• Act as a key liaison for executive stakeholders and clients, providing strategic insights, regular updates, and ensuring clear communication of project progress.
• Mentor and coach project managers and technical leads, driving best practices in project execution, Agile methodologies, and technical delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance policies, and security best practices in all project implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale software development projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices across teams.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex software architectures, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive high-impact initiatives and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams across global locations, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement.
