The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent professional qualification with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of Cloud based development, automation and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.).
• Experience with AWS services (Cognito, RDS, Windows EC2 instance for Mirth, Control Tower, CloudFormation, CodePipeline, and Lambda).
• Experience in troubleshooting reported problems.
• Good fault diagnosis ability.
• Experience in the delivery of high-quality customer support.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel to other sites when required.
• Excellent English language spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key activities will include but not limited to the following:

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
• Working on ways to automate and improve deployment and release processes
• AWS based HIPAA compliant infrastructure development / deployment, automation and support
• Optimizing Lambda builds
• Configuring and optimizing Cognito configurations
• Cloud Infrastructure deployment & support CI / CD pipelines development
• Creating and updating technical content in on-line knowledge base.
• Working within and measuring against customer SLAs
