About the Role:

As the Creative Director, you will develop and execute strategies that bring both our brand and product-offering to life. We’re in the process of defining and creating a new category, and we need your passion and creative leadership to craft narratives, visual creative, and activations that resonate with customers across all digital and offline channels. We want to empower the creative director to create branding that resonates with our core audience and leaves them with a feeling of amazement.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and expand HeartFood’s visual identity to resonate with core customers and to establish a new category
  • Define and build new house brands for our products
  • Develop brand positioning and creative for partnerships
  • Define narrative and visual direction for for social campaigns, then bring them to life
  • Collaborate and ideate with a creative team including cross functional teams including the CEO, partnerships and customer experience teams
  • Ensure quality is high in all aspects of execution
  • Own the look and feel of the HeartFood brand across mobile apps, web, social media, product packaging, outdoor and print media and event booths
  • Lead a team of internal and external creatives across multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Develop specs and RFP’s for creative production

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience leading the creation of brands from scratch
  • You love the process of crafting a brand narrative and the assets to go with it
  • Experience developing creative campaigns for NEW categories and products
  • Experience in digital marketing (email, in-app, sms/push, search and display channels, paid social, etc.)
  • Experience working with external partners to bring their creative vision to life
  • Like working in a fast paced startup with lots of autonomy
