THE off-Page SEO team lead is responsible for ensuring the success and happiness of Adziv Digital clients. They are responsible for managing the SEO specialists and link builders on their team and providing them with the direction and support needed to do their jobs effectively. They will set priorities, strategies and be available to clients as the driver of their campaign and expert consultant.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Experience with Google's Keyword Tool
A functional understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
Establish backlinks, remove bad links
Working experience with SEO Tools, Keyword Research & Analysis, Link Building, PPC, Directory & Article Submissions, and Page-Level Optimization Techniques.
Ability to create Overall SEO reports and metrics as well as analyze sales and traffic for clients.
A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO Experience in building inbound organic search traffic.
And improving SERPs a background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
Managing support staff to ensure work is being executed both efficiently and at a high quality
Providing support/training for support staff on all manner of SEO/digital marketing tasks
Continual analysis of client performance (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.) to ID areas of improvement/opportunity
Creation of advanced content/link building initiatives for high-value clients
Expertise in Content Writing and Content Management
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5 to 10 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Alexa, Moz as well as internal and client-side reporting.
Strong knowledge of Off-Page SEO Factors.
He must know about All Google Algorithms, Google Updates, and their Factors.
Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc).
Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.
