· Managing the front office operations including guest handing, customer visits and reception.
· Managing administrative tasks including attending to showroom, documentation, parcel and package handing, visitor management and coordination with relevant departments.
· Manage the company hotline through attending to all incoming calls and liaising with respective departments to ensure highest customer relations.
· Assisting relevant departments and employees with variety of company events, campaigns.
· Manage and assist with transport arrangements, logistics by coordinating with internal fleet and as well as outsourced suppliers.
· Attend to general infrastructure maintenance including facilities, amenities and utilities are in order.
