Global Partnership Associate

We are looking for someone to work with our Partnership Team with managing relationships with employers from the UK, USA, Germany and Singapore and ensuring a smooth placement process.

The aim of this role is primarily to manage ongoing communication between clients and candidates until an internship has been secured. This will be done alongside the Partnership Team in identifying internship opportunities across a wide range of industries in our current and upcoming locations. In other words, once the Partnership Team has acquired a new partnership with an employer, you will then take over the management of that relationship throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads and schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Build and maintain relationships with all newly acquired employers, as well as manage relationships with existing employers in our portfolio
  • Monitor communication channels consistently to assist employers and candidates with their enquiries
  • Handle a large volume of employers and candidates simultaneously and be able to respond promptly to emails and requests
  • Work with multiple deadlines and stay up to date with all email correspondence and communications
  • Support other team members when necessary to facilitate the placement process for both employer and candidate
  • When necessary, assist with acquiring new employers in London, Singapore, New York and other upcoming program locations

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in B2B and B2C Sales, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a dual-sided marketplace
  • Excellent communication (personable, professional, and persuasive) skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with people across various geographical regions and cultures
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills to maintain and deliver a smooth placement process throughout all stages of the placement process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • A global outlook - demonstrate a passion for international education, business development and travel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently and autonomously when necessary
  • Personal and professional drive, resourcefulness, resilience and entrepreneurially minded
  • Willing to travel to our international program locations to meet our employment partners when necessary (post-Covid 19)
