FULL-TIME - CONTRACT/FREELANCE
Digital Content Kings (digitalcontentkings.co) are a full stack marketing agency, working across a range of businesses and industries. The majority of the teamwork remotely between London, Sri Lanka and various states across Australia.
Our client base includes Startup Fashion Brands, Renewable Energy Companies, Surf & Yoga Retreats, Luxury Villas, Boutique Hotels, Travel & Tourism Startups, Tours Operators, Trade & Service Companies, Beauty & Cosmetics, Telecommunication companies, Tech companies and more.
General Manager/Relationship Manager plays a key role in building and contributing to our strategic thinking, organizational development, and collaborative team dynamics. Reporting to the Director and will work closely with both our team and customers to increase understanding of our deliverables of digital campaigns, why it is critical, and how our team works to achieve it.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Maintain and manage customer databases.
- Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details.
- Initiate best practices and standards in providing sales/marketing assistance.
- Assist and support sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes and goals.
- Create and implement systems across marketing, lead generation, human resources, finance
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising the team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of the information and maintain confidentiality.
- Represents company/Director by communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to directors.
- Works closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Director's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Manage special projects by following up on important tasks, meeting deadlines and tracking detailed actionable items
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Coordinate with Heads of Divisions for on-time submission of deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- At least 5 years or more progressive experience in a General manager position.
- Degree in HR/Marketing Management/Project Management or related field.
- Experience working with both local and foreign clientele.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in HR, Customer Service & Crisis Management is mandatory.
- A proactive and rational approach to problem solving
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
- Hands-on experience in implementing and managing projects
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency would be an added advantage.
- Age between 30-40 years
- Available to join immediately would be prefered or within 1 month.
