Digital Content Kings (digitalcontentkings.co) are a full stack marketing agency, working across a range of businesses and industries. The majority of the team work remotely between London, Sri Lanka and various states across Australia.

Our client base includes Startup Fashion Brands, Renewable Energy Companies, Surf & Yoga Retreats, Luxury Villas, Boutique Hotels, Travel & Tourism Startups, Tours Operators, Trade & Service Companies, Beauty & Cosmetics, Telecommunication companies, Tech companies and more.

PA to Director is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Director and supporting certain functions for the team, whilst managing the organization’s operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

  • Provide meeting summaries, supporting documents in preparation for scheduled meetings
  • Write and distribute routine correspondence and reports, compile data and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with team members for on-time submission of deliverables
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and coordinate with them when appropriate.
  • Review all documents prepared for the clients to ensure accuracy before submission for the Director's approval and client submission.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the Director, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Work closely with the Director to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Assist with work related to the Director to complete the day to day tasks
  • Liaise with team members, senior managers and clients and be able to handle sensitive information with poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Director and team members.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Manage special projects by following up on important tasks, meeting deadlines and tracking detailed actionable items
  • Handle all business-related personal finances
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Perform other duties as may be required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Degree in Business Management, Secretary or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and record keeping systems.
  • A proactive and rational approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing projects
  • Must have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Age between 30-35
