Designation:Project Coordinator

Location: Colombo

Key Requirements-

• Hands on Project Management experience for 5 plus years covering full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience in both waterfall and Agile process with using tolls like VSTS, JIRA etc.
• Understand the project scope objectives and ensuring technical feasibility with the support of Technical team Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within the scope , budget , timeline and expected quality
• Ensure right resource availability for the project requirements
• Develop a detailed project plan sprint plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using metrics and maintain the agreed process standards
• Report Risks, Issues and dependencies and escalate to management as needed
• Status reporting on agreed frequencies to stakeholders
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good experience in client management
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal support teams for delivery dependencies
• Team management and arrange career progression plan for the team
• Revenue and profitability responsibilities will be added advantage
• Forecasting project revenue to the management
• Ensure the on time project billing and invoicing process
